Sales have been really good since Labor Day, with 2-3 domains moving most days in the $1,000 to $5,000 price range. For one client I have moved 5 domains in two weeks. I am looking for good geo’s, 4 character, strong 2 word combos, and more. I have a pretty good understanding of what will sell and not sell now.
I am so glad I am not writing a regular domain blog where I have to worry about coming up with some new article every few days so as to look smart. Here is a little cartoon…

Too many people make this mistake. Me, I will take any reasonable offer when they come.

Funny one. It is so true. My experience with my domains (quality, non-TM domains, mostly compound words) is I can get $499 out of a buyer many times easier than $10,000. In fact, I’ve sold $2.4 million in domains and only twice ever received more than $5,000 for a domain. Do the math. Holding out for a single domain is a bad strategy for most domainers.
